14th Entry - Last Annual Report 2022

Hi my dear Readers, It has been quite some Time since my last post. I hope everyone is doing fine.  Let's get straight to business. As you would expect, in year 2022 nothing of notice actually happened, at least not for me and my stocks. It goes up and down as usual. I guess I have been getting used it by now, only took me 5 years for it.   So since I notice, that continue investing and holding on to stocks is kinda boring and "uneventful", I came to the conclusion that there is really no point in continue this website/creating new Post.  I mean, i know i don't have a lot of readers/followers, but One is not Zero. So i still feel the "pressure" of having to create content, even for the few of you. But I don't want to waste peoples time, since i also hate it, when other people waste my time. If i can't create Value (entertainment or wisdom), there is no point in keep going.  But if you have followed my "Dividend List" Post, you can see, that

13th Entry, Annual Report 2021

Welcome back my dear Reader, Hope you are doing fine. The Time sure goes fast. It feels like 3 days ago as I wrote my last report. I get older, but did I get wiser? I started investing mid 2017 and now I can say I have over 4 years of experience with stocks. Looking how my stocks grow in volume is really amazing. Yeah, lets talk about volume. At the start I wanted to invest only 50 to 200 Euro per month. So lets calculate. 200 Euro x 12 (months) x 4 (year) = 9.600 Euro. 9.600 Euro ist the amount I should have invested. I fell in love with investing and starting spending alot of money in the first 2 years. At the third year i calmed myself down and was not as strong emotionaly invested in stocks as befor anymore. Now at the end of year 2021 I nearly gained 9.400 Euro of dividends since my journey.   Think about it for a moment and let it sink in. 9.600 Euro I should have invested in 4 years, but now I have received ~9.400 Euro in 4 years in dividends.    I would totaly not believe it m

Short Notice

12th Entry - Annual Report 2020

What a Year.  No one would have thought a pandemic would happen in this time and age. But it was a good test for the market. I could see which shares could hold their own.   I don't really know where to begin, there is so much I wanna write about actually. Let start with the overall things. Since Corona happen, many shareholders either sold their share for good or sold early and bought back in cheap. Lets hope you - my dear reader - are rather the later than the first one. I personaly just hold it, since i hate to pay fees to the bank. Selling and Buying always cost me money and I rather would spent them on shares than to banks. As I posted befor, this was the time to buy in and I really do hope you guys did just that. A friend of mine, I recommended doing it, has a performance of +55% in share value. Within a year! Thats easy money i would say. Even if his shares wouldn't have risen, he would still have made a good deal, since he coud bought himself in with a discount.    To s

Short Notice - Report 2020

Hey Everyone, Right now I'm kinda busy. Will Write a Report about 2020 in April 2021. Until then o/

Short notice - Corono: Buy or not?

Hello guys, Hope you all stay safe. As I am rather busy right now, I will make this one brief. Cause of corono the Stockmarked is rather selling than buy. This is a very good sign to actually buy into it. If you have followed me for quite some time now, you should have realise, that it is kinda easy to get started and just keep going. Eventually you will get somewhere. Maybe not millionare-rich, but well-off at least. So for people who are hesitant or say "I want to wait until the time is good". Now is the time! If you don't buy shares now, you will mostlikely never do this. So go and get started! Now! And since I also know many people don't work as much and therefor have less money than before corona, I will say this: no matter how small your free amount is, if you have money leftover, you should use it for the stockmarked! Since most stocks right now have a discount between 20 to 60%, it is still a very good bargain. Seriously it would be crazy not to take s

11th Entry - Annual Report 2019

Finaly I have time to write this one. December and January are seriously busy months. Lets get started shall we? In Year 2019 I got 2.782,04 € Dividends after Taxes. That's a increase of 110% in comparison to 2018. That's quite alot, but I think this is only possible, because I am in the early stage of my investing Lifetime. From 2017 to 2018 it was 822% increase. So yeah, the growth will decrease with every year. And second factor is, that I know that there might be times, where I can not invest every month in the future, so I have invested strongly, while I could, in the last two years. The following years my growth in dividend won't be that huge anymore. Right now, I don't have much money left to invest, but I can tell you, it is better to invest early strongly rather than starting small and invest strong in the later stage. The more you invest early the better time will work for you (compounding etc.). Also I want to say, that my strategie have slightly changed
