Just saying I am still alive and investing. Things got a tad harder, but well year is nearly over, then I can make a report about 2019! Hope you are with me guys. Should come out Januar or February 2020.

Also I wish all good fortune who are already investing or start investing.

11th Entry - Annual Report 2019

Finaly I have time to write this one. December and January are seriously busy months. Lets get started shall we? In Year 2019 I got 2.782,04 € Dividends after Taxes. That's a increase of 110% in comparison to 2018. That's quite alot, but I think this is only possible, because I am in the early stage of my investing Lifetime. From 2017 to 2018 it was 822% increase. So yeah, the growth will decrease with every year. And second factor is, that I know that there might be times, where I can not invest every month in the future, so I have invested strongly, while I could, in the last two years. The following years my growth in dividend won't be that huge anymore. Right now, I don't have much money left to invest, but I can tell you, it is better to invest early strongly rather than starting small and invest strong in the later stage. The more you invest early the better time will work for you (compounding etc.). Also I want to say, that my strategie have slightly changed...

Der erste Post! Um ehrlich zu sein, ich hab absolut kein Plan von allem eigentlich. Ja man könnte sagen, ich weiß so gut wie gar nichts. Dauernd lese ich wie riskant Aktien sind und dass man sein Geld lieber auf dem Tagesgeldkonto lassen soll. Aber ich bin ein Aussenseiter, ein Querdenker, ein Andersdenkender. Ich will sehen, ob Aktien wirklich so schlimm sind, deswegen habe ich angefangen mir ein Aktien Depot aufzubauen. Und dieser Blog soll mein Logbuch sein. Und darüber hinaus, was soll ich sonst mit meinem Geld machen? Es auf einem Tagesgeld Konto rumliegen lassen mit <1% Zinsen? Nein danke. Da riskiere ich es lieber mein ganzes Leben lang in Armut zu leben. Viel zu verlieren habe ich sowieso nicht. Etwas zu meiner Person: 25, Student, kein Job, Taschengeld von den Eltern. Extrem arm seit meiner Geburt. Meine staatliche Unterstützung (Bafög) endet in 2 Monaten und ich muss mir dann eine Arbeit suchen um mein Studium zu finazieren (langzzeit Student) oder ich nehme ein St...

12th Entry - Annual Report 2020

What a Year.  No one would have thought a pandemic would happen in this time and age. But it was a good test for the market. I could see which shares could hold their own.   I don't really know where to begin, there is so much I wanna write about actually. Let start with the overall things. Since Corona happen, many shareholders either sold their share for good or sold early and bought back in cheap. Lets hope you - my dear reader - are rather the later than the first one. I personaly just hold it, since i hate to pay fees to the bank. Selling and Buying always cost me money and I rather would spent them on shares than to banks. As I posted befor, this was the time to buy in and I really do hope you guys did just that. A friend of mine, I recommended doing it, has a performance of +55% in share value. Within a year! Thats easy money i would say. Even if his shares wouldn't have risen, he would still have made a good deal, since he coud bought himself in with a discount....
